Turn it on
- Touch the On/Off button β control panel lights up.
Start cooking
- Put your pot or pan on the cooking zone.
- Touch the symbol for that zone.
- Set heat level with β+ / ββ:
- 1β2 = keep warm / melt butter or chocolate
- 3β4 = simmering soups or sauces
- 5β6 = frying vegetables, pasta water slowly boiling
- 7β8 = searing meat, fast cooking (Image prompt: steak sizzling in a frying pan on induction hob)
- 9 = boiling water quickly (Image prompt: pot of water with strong rolling boil on induction hob)
- P (Booster) = use only to bring water to boil very fast, then lower (Image prompt: finger pressing βPβ booster button on hob panel)
- 1β2 = keep warm / melt butter or chocolate
Turn it off
- Reduce the zone to 0 or touch the On/Off button again.
- βHβ means the zone is still hot β donβt touch.
π§½ Cleaning After Use
- Let the hob cool down completely.
- Wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent if needed.
- Do not use steel wool or sharp objects.
