Set the weight & adjust the seat
- Select your weight by inserting the yellow pin into the weight stack. 
- Sit down and move the backrest so your knees are bent at about 90ยฐ. Your feet should reach the footplate comfortably. 
Place your feet & start
- Put both feet shoulder-width apart on the footplate. 
- Hold the side handles. Push the plate forward to release the safety stops. 
Perform the movement

- Slowly bend your knees until they are at 90ยฐ (do not let knees collapse inward). 
- Press the plate forward until legs are almost straight (donโt lock knees).
- When finished, return the plate carefully and lock the safety.

- Wipe seat, backrest and handles with the provided disinfectant cloth.
