0

Summary

  1. Define What Users Must Learn
Gather requirements with your product experts, support and user manual writers . Test real user experience and challenges with customers to identify the most critical objectives.
  2. Choose & Set Your LMS
Find 3–5 mobile-friendly LMS platforms that match your needs. Look for features like multilingual support, mobile-first design, video hosting, web page integration, and anything else your training requires. Use their free trial periods to compare platforms before making your decision.
  3. Create the Training Content
Course page: Add buttons that open the training lessons and content. Keep it simple and quick to use. This is the landing page that the QR code will open.
    Quick-Start Guide: 60 sec video + “1-2-3 guide”
Web Version of User Manual: Import existing text, add annotated visuals.
Troubleshooting: Map errors to 15–30 sec fixes + simple checklists.
  4. Localise for Other Languages
Export scripts for translation (AI or human), verify the translation quality, and include any region-specific requirements.
  5. Generate & Deploy QR Codes
Create QR codes of the training links per product version and place them on the product as label, add into the manual package as stickers, or print it into the manual.
  6. Maintain Versions & Scale
Use version control for all source files. For new SKUs, duplicate the course and update only the version-specific content.
